Mr. Nguyễn Trọng Minh is the Founder & CEO of GRAC, a Vietnam-based technology startup digitising waste management and connecting waste generators with collectors to support circular economy practices.

With over 16 years of experience in waste management, Mr. Minh specialises in cleaner production, circular economy, climate change, and ISO 14001 systems. Under his leadership, GRAC has been recognised with first prize at the Greentech Contest by Vietnam’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, selected for the Climate Finance Accelerator Vietnam, and named a Top 10 finalist in the PepsiCo APAC Greenhouse Accelerator.

Mr. Minh holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City and is a certified ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, bringing deep technical expertise to scalable, technology-driven sustainability solutions.
