Established in Shanghai in 2015, Mekong Partners is now operating extensively across China and Vietnam, with a new presence in Ho Chi Minh City as of 2024. With 17 years of international experience, including 14 years based in China and Vietnam, Mickaël has a proven track record in business consulting, strategic planning, and international trade. He has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to Fortune 100 companies, offering expertise in corporate services, cross-border transactions (including M&A, joint ventures, and commercial agreements), export logistics, and supplier management.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Mickaël successfully exited two businesses in China and has been featured in Bloomberg and CNBC. His partnerships include organizations such as the WTO, UNIDO, Nasdaq, and Intel. He has also co-organized high-profile B2B events and advised government bodies on trade and investment strategies.

Mickaël is a recipient of the Leadership Excellence Award and mentors CEOs of businesses with revenues ranging from $50,000 to $100 million, helping them scale globally. He also supports Vietnamese SMEs through initiatives like the Dutch Business Association Vietnam’s R2E Program, fostering their international expansion.

Bilingual in English and French, Mickaël holds three MBAs from leading institutions in the US, France, and China and is a frequent university lecturer and industry speaker.
