Mr. Lê Văn Đồng is the General Director of Les Vergers Du Mékong, a pioneering sustainable agriculture company in Vietnam known for its flagship brand, LE FRUIT. With over 20 years of dedication to the company, Mr. Đồng has played a pivotal role in its growth and success, leading a team of 200 employees committed to sustainable development and high-quality food and beverage production.

Starting his journey with Les Vergers Du Mékong in 2002 as a Salesperson, Mr. Đồng quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Area Manager responsible for the HORECA market and later Sales Director in 2009, before assuming the position of General Director. His leadership has been instrumental in steering the company toward its mission of promoting long-term sustainable development over short-term profit.

Founded in 2000, Les Vergers Du Mékong works closely with local growers in Vietnam to produce premium coffee, rare teas, luscious juices, flavorful jams, and rich honey. The company emphasizes complete traceability to ensure the highest quality at every stage, from the farm to the final product, blending French culinary expertise with Vietnam's natural resources.

Les Vergers Du Mékong is also a leader in the gourmet and healthy food and beverage industry and the first company in Vietnam and Cambodia to earn B Corporation certification, joining a global community of over 2,800 companies recognized for their social and environmental performance.
