Mr. Lê Ngọc Ánh Minh, a seasoned leader with 28 years of managerial expertise, serves as the Chairman of Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) and Pacific Group Limited (PCG). His notable achievements include overseeing the Phu My 1 Mixed Cycle Power Plant, managing the Tan Thanh Bridge project, and providing 22 years of leadership for a mid-sized company in Vietnam.

As an infrastructure investment expert, Mr. Minh is the founder of the Vietnam Clean Agriculture and Creativity Club (VCAC), represents the BRICS-ASEAN Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, and initiated the Hashi Manpower Club.

At Pacific Group Limited, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Minh leads diverse business activities:

1. Renewable Energy Project Development: Specializing in solar, biomass, waste-to-energy, wind, and advanced Japanese technology.
2. Transportation Infrastructure Project Development: Involvement in toll BOT road projects, seaports, and railways.
3. Real Estate Project Development: Focus on smart homes, renewable energy-integrated smart cities, industrial zones, resorts, hotels, and modern apartments.
4. Environmental Project Development: Concentration on smart waste treatment projects.
5. Clean and Innovative Agriculture Project Development.

Pacific Group engages in commercial operations, including the trade of goods with a global reach. Their overarching goal is to establish a solar project portfolio with a 2000MW capacity from 2020 to 2030, encompassing solar fields, floating solar projects, high-tech agriculture-integrated solar projects, and smart cities integrated with solar energy.

Actively participating in toll BOT road and railway projects in Vietnam, Pacific Group collaborates with domestic and international partners for seaport projects, real estate ventures combined with renewable energy, afforestation for biomass development, and biomass power projects.
