With over a decade leading operation at some of Vietnam's largest integrated resorts, Lex brings a ground-level perspective on what it takes to run a high-performing hospitality business at scale.
As Director of Operations at Alma Resort Cam Ranh, one of Southeast Asia's most awarded beachfront properties, he looks after the overarching guest experience. His role is multifaceted, focusing heavily on driving service excellence and operational efficiency, while being deeply involved in training and developing the team to maintain world-class standards.
His extensive career includes serving as General Manager and Director of Operations across multiple properties in the region, consistently managing massive operations with inventories of over 500 rooms. That breadth gives him a rare, end-to-end view of how large-scale resorts and high-volume attractions are built, run, and continuously improved.
Lex holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Trade and Commerce from Saxion Hogesschool in the Netherlands and completed an exchange program at Yeung Nam University in South Korea.
