Mr. Khưu Đức Vinh is Head of Business Development at Becamex – VSIP Power Investment and Development JSC (BV Power), where he focuses on developing integrated energy solutions, including microgrids, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and EV charging infrastructure.

He brings over a decade of experience in the power and energy sector, spanning solar, transmission and distribution (T&D), and electrical systems. Prior to joining VSSES, he worked at Schneider Electric as an Integrated Solution Expert, where he developed BESS and microgrid solutions and supported the deployment of EV charging systems. He also held roles at CHINT Global Vietnam, Kaxim JSC, and Yoosung KN, focusing on project development, key account management, and rooftop solar solutions.

Earlier in his career, he worked in industrial operations at Procter & Gamble, gaining experience in manufacturing management and process optimization.
Mr. Vinh holds an engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education and has completed certification in Solar Energy Technology from the State University of New York.
