Mr. Huỳnh Thanh Trung is the Chairman and CEO of Leanwares, a position he has held since co-founding the company in 2015.

With a strong background in industrial operations and sustainability, he has been a Lead Auditor for TUV Rheinland since 2014, specializing in ISO certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018.

Mr. Trung has led over 500 enterprise assessments for notable clients including Amazon, Walmart, and Groupe Carrefour.

From 2008 to 2013, he served as the Production Manager for Cold Rolled Steel at POSCO Vietnam, overseeing production processes and quality control. Mr. Trung holds a degree in Automation Engineering from the University of Danang and is certified in Energy Management by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

His professional development includes programs on greenhouse gas reduction, ISO auditing, and ESG, as well as leadership and logistics training from institutions such as the PACE Business School, VILAS, and the International Labour Organization in Switzerland. He also completed the SME Development Program at Leipzig University in Germany and the ESG Sustainability Program at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).
