Harry Hughes is a seasoned strategist with extensive experience across the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Strategic Council at SAIGONTEL, where he plays a key role in guiding strategic initiatives.

Prior to this, he held leadership positions at Global Advisory Co. as Executive Vice President and at Greenknowe as Director. His career includes advisory roles within the Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW), the NSW Minerals Council, and the ACT Legislative Assembly, focusing on government relations, strategic communications, and policy development.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Public Policy from The Australian National University and has a strong background in political campaigns, regulatory affairs, and corporate strategy.
