Hannes Romauch is a seasoned executive specializing in real estate development, private equity, finance, and renewable energy. He currently serves as the CEO of The Matrix Vietnam, leading private equity real estate projects with a focus on hospitality and integrated developments. Concurrently, he is the Vice President of Global Finance at NATPOWER International AG, overseeing financial strategies for international energy and infrastructure investments.

Previously, he was a member of the Supervisory Board at Techcombank for over 12 years, contributing to internal audit and governance functions. At Eurowindow Holding, he held key leadership roles, including Vice Chairman of the Board and Deputy General Director, managing large-scale real estate assets and developments, such as international resorts, office towers, and residential projects.

With extensive experience in asset management and corporate finance, Hannes has held senior positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE. He holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance and Marketing from Universität Klagenfurt.
