Delphine ROUSSELET occupies the role of EuroCham Executive Director since July 2021. Before joining EuroCham, she has 20 years of experience in international trade in Vietnam and Europe.

Delphine ROUSSELET was born in France. She grew up in Brazil and Argentina, she studied in Spain and France where she graduated from a Franco-Spanish double degree in International Business Management. She then worked 5 years in Paris (France) in Haute-Couture for worldwide renown fashion designers, then she spent 6 years in Moscow in Russia working at the trade section of the French Embassy where she supported French companies in their endeavor to Russia in the early 2000’. In 2007, she started her first entrepreneurial experience, in Paris, in real-estate, and created one of the very first short-term rental online companies, sort of ancestor of Airbnb.

Delphine moved to Vietnam in January 2012. For five years she was the Managing Director of the EU-Vietnam Business Network (EVBN), a 4.5 Mn EUR EU-funded project supporting European companies to enter, grow, and thrive in Vietnam. She then founded the company World-Asia Connection where she helped companies from around the globe to connect with the Asian market.

Delphine has been living in Vietnam for the last 12 years and is mother of 2 adopted Vietnamese babies, now teenagers.
