Ms. Bùi Thị Nhâm is the Co-Founder and CEO of XSolar, a Vietnam-based platform delivering end-to-end energy efficiency solutions for businesses. XSolar integrates rooftop solar, battery storage, and intelligent load management to help enterprises reduce energy costs, optimize operations, and support ESG compliance in their decarbonization journey.

Before launching XSolar in 2023, Ms. Nhâm founded and led eLife Technologies, a provider of smart building management systems, which was acquired in early 2024 after successful deployment across dozens of commercial properties. She previously spent nearly seven years at VNG Corporation, where she held leadership roles in business analytics and merchant solutions for ZaloPay.

Ms. Nhâm holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and is a former finalist in the CFA Vietnam Research Challenge.
