Alberto Regini serves as the Plant Operations Director at Dobla Asia, the largest factory of the IRCA Group, specializing in the production and shipment of chocolate decorations for the European and Asian markets. With a focus on ensuring outstanding quality, Regini oversees all operational aspects and technological developments within the facility, where he manages a team of over 350 individuals.

Since assuming the role in May 2021, Regini has demonstrated exceptional leadership, particularly during the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite various lockdowns, he successfully maintained full operational capacity, resulting in a remarkable 35% year-over-year growth in 2021.

Under his stewardship, Dobla continued its upward trajectory in 2022, achieving a 10% growth in volumes, 20% in revenues, and a 15% increase in productivity. Regini spearheaded a significant expansion project, overseeing the construction of a new production area and warehouse, effectively doubling the plant's total surface area and boosting production capacity by 25%. This project was completed on schedule and within budget in April 2023.

Prior to his tenure at Dobla, Regini played a pivotal role in establishing an almond ingredients plant in the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City from January 2017 to April 2021. Leading a multi-million-dollar greenfield project, he ensured the successful construction and operation of the facility, with the first container of finished goods shipped within months of commencement.

Regini's expertise in safety management, contractor coordination, and talent development was instrumental in the project's success. He played a hands-on role in selecting, training, and managing a team of local talents, enabling them to navigate complex processes effectively.

Throughout his career, Regini has maintained a steadfast commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. His achievements include securing BRC A level certification for food safety at the almond ingredients plant from its inaugural year, setting a high standard for quality assurance within the industry.
