Mr. Đào Ngọc Long is currently the Managing Director of Greenpan JSC, a position he has held since February 2020. In this role, he leads the company’s overall strategy and operations, with a strong focus on product development, new business development, and market expansion.

Prior to joining Greenpan, Mr. Long served as Insulated Panel Director at Asia Refrigeration Industry Company (ARICO) from 2016 to 2020, where he was responsible for developing insulated panel solutions and overseeing business growth in industrial cold chain and building applications.

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly nine years at Cong Thanh Environment Technology Co., Ltd. as Equipment Sales Manager, followed by a short tenure as Chief Representative in Da Nang, gaining extensive experience in industrial equipment, environmental technology, and project-based sales. He also worked as Factory Manager at Quy Nhon Mineral Water JSC, managing plant operations and production efficiency, and began his professional journey as Technical Manager at Thu Duc Flour Mill.

Mr. Long has a solid academic foundation in both engineering and business management. He holds two engineering degrees from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) in Food & Chemical Equipment Engineering and Electrical Engineering, and later completed an MBA at CFVG.

With a strong belief that technology-driven innovation is the foundation of sustainable competitiveness, Mr. Long continues to steer Greenpan through integrated and forward-looking business strategies, maximising the company’s strengths in products, technology, and people to maintain its leadership position in the market.
