Objectives:
— Promoting sustainable development: Contributing to the nation’s industrialization and modernization while advancing international integration.
— Acting as a bridge between businesses and the government:

• Providing updates on policies and regulations related to industrial real estate.
• Consolidating and communicating members’ challenges to regulatory authorities.

— Building a collaborative ecosystem: Strengthening connections among member businesses and between businesses and central and local government agencies.

Key activities:
— Consultation and support: Offering insights and solutions regarding mechanisms and policies.
— Business networking: Enhancing collaboration among domestic and international enterprises.
— Policy advocacy: Proposing feedback and recommendations to authorities to address challenges in the management and operation of industrial zones.

Liên Chi hội Bất động sản Công nghiệp Việt Nam (VIREA) là một tổ chức xã hội – nghề nghiệp tập hợp các doanh nghiệp hoạt động trong lĩnh vực bất động sản công nghiệp, bao gồm:

1. Doanh nghiệp phát triển cơ sở hạ tầng:
— Khu công nghiệp, cụm công nghiệp.
— Các dự án logistics và hạ tầng sản xuất khác.

2. Doanh nghiệp đầu tư và vận hành:
— Các khu chế xuất, khu kinh tế, khu công nghệ cao.
— Các sản phẩm và dịch vụ liên quan đến BĐS công nghiệp.

3. Tổ chức tài chính và hỗ trợ:
— Các đơn vị tài trợ, tư vấn hoặc liên quan đến chuỗi cung ứng bất động sản công nghiệp.

Mục tiêu hoạt động:
— Thúc đẩy phát triển bền vững: Góp phần vào sự nghiệp công nghiệp hóa – hiện đại hóa đất nước và hội nhập quốc tế.
— Cầu nối giữa doanh nghiệp và Nhà nước:

• Cập nhật thông tin chính sách, pháp luật liên quan đến bất động sản công nghiệp.
• Tổng hợp và phản ánh khó khăn của các doanh nghiệp hội viên đến cơ quan quản lý.

— Xây dựng hệ sinh thái liên kết: Tạo mối liên kết vững chắc giữa các doanh nghiệp thành viên và các cơ quan quản lý ở Trung ương và địa phương.

Các hoạt động chính:
— Tư vấn và hỗ trợ: Cung cấp thông tin và giải pháp về cơ chế, chính sách.
— Kết nối doanh nghiệp: Tăng cường hợp tác giữa các doanh nghiệp trong và ngoài nước.
