Waqas Moosa brings over two decades of experience in renewable energy, business strategy, and public-private collaboration across Pakistan and the GCC. As Chairman of the Pakistan Solar Association (PSA), he works at the intersection of industry and government to advance solar adoption, unlock distributed energy solutions, and drive regulatory reform on taxation, net metering, financing, and quality standards. He has served on PSA's Executive Committee since 2020, including as Vice Chairman, before his election as Chairman in 2024. Waqas is also Co-Founder and CEO of Hadron Solar, an EPC company with over 1,200 completed projects and 25+ MW of installed capacity across Pakistan.
