Nofal Abdulhadi is a renewable energy and project management executive with more than 15 years of experience leading major infrastructure, utility, and energy projects across Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as CEO of Humaij One Renewable Energy Company (ACWA Power), overseeing the development of one of the Kingdom’s largest utility-scale solar PV projects.   Throughout his career, Nofal has led multidisciplinary teams, delivered complex strategic projects, and championed excellence in leadership, project governance, sustainability, and organizational performance. He is a recognized international speaker, author, and industry contributor, regularly sharing insights on leadership, project management, renewable energy, and the future of work.   Nofal is the author of Tools & Techniques for Excellence in Management and has received several professional recognitions, including the Future Energy Leaders Under 40 Award.
