Dr. Foziah Hassan Mohammed Gazzawe is an Associate Professor of Software Engineering at Umm Al-Qura University and a consultant in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and innovation. She has extensive experience in developing intelligent systems and leveraging AI technologies and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and support decision-making in complex environments. She leads and contributes to a wide range of technology-driven initiatives and projects that bridge academic research with practical implementation, with a particular focus on smart digital solutions, sustainability, and technological transformation across critical sectors. She also holds leadership roles in quality and innovation and serves as a Certified Quality Ambassador with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).   Dr. Gazzawe has participated as a speaker, judge, and session moderator at numerous local and international conferences and events specializing in technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation. Her research portfolio includes publications in AI, data analytics, and intelligent systems. She is also a recipient of Umm Al-Qura University’s Excellence Award in E-Learning for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025). Through her work, she explores the role of intelligent technologies in creating more efficient and sustainable environments while promoting the integration of digital innovation with operational and environmental objectives.
