Dr. Darweesh Salamah is an EPMO and portfolio governance leader with more than 15 years of experience across strategic initiatives, infrastructure, energy, aerospace, and real estate development in Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as an EPMO Manager at NHC, where he supports the governance, planning, performance, and execution of enterprise projects and strategic initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. His expertise spans portfolio governance, risk management, strategic execution, organizational performance, and complex cross-functional transformation. His experience brings a valuable execution perspective to the energy transition—particularly as Saudi Arabia scales electrification, EV infrastructure, resilient cities, and increasingly integrated energy systems. He focuses on the critical question behind major transformation programs: how ambitious national targets can be converted into governed, coordinated, and measurable delivery across multiple stakeholders. Dr. Salamah holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Mississippi State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is passionate about using governance, data-driven decision-making, and risk-informed execution to accelerate sustainable transformation and deliver lasting impact.
