 The Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance (PSSEA) formerly known as Philippine Solar Power Alliance (PSPA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2010. 

The Alliance was formed at a critical juncture in Renewable Energy policy formulation and development. PSPA is very active in policy consultations on the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Renewable Energy Law. PSPA was founded to reduce risks and hasten PV Solar Development in the Philippines. 

It is composed of cell manufacturers, project developers, producers, installers, offtakers, and individual members including those in the academic community interested in harnessing the power of solar energy. The group aims at taking utmost advantage of the Philippines' locational position as a sunbelt; attracting investments to realize a solar-powered Philippines; building in-country capacity through trainings, seminars, conferences and exhibitions on solar energy technology; providing technical assistance to poor and off-grid communities without access to electricity; providing education to students and the academe to promote solar as a means for sustainable development, and coordinating with public or private entities to create a favorable investment climate, develop a more transparent regulatory framework, put in place better administration system for solar energy deployment and utilization, educate the general population, and deliver energy for all.
