Our History

In 2019, a group of energy efficiency practitioners decided to form ENPAP 4.0 Inc. and launched a series of energy management training courses in an effort to instill awareness among the industrial sector on the need to conserve energy.
The Incorporators, composed of fifteeen (15) representatives from different industrial companies, elected from among themselves an interim set of officers for the association in 2019.
With the signing of Republic Act 11285 or the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act by President Rodrigo R. Duterte on April 12, 2019, ENPAP 4.0 Inc. launched a series of Public Information Campaign Seminar of the requirements of Department Circular 2020-01-005 on October 2020 which paved the way for the rapid increase of ENPAP 4.0 Inc. by more than 100%.
2021 started the massive acceleration of training and certification of AEMAS Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and at the same time the introduction of the Energy Conservation Officer (ECO) Training, re-launching of the AEMAS Energy Management Gold Standard, the 1st AEMAS CEM Conference and continued information campaign drive together with the Department of Energy (DOE).

A catalyst to bring out best technologies and solutions to drive economic competitiveness and maximum productivity.

ENPAP Activities

ENPAP 4.0 Inc. does not only include the Training and Certification program for AEMAS Certified Energy Manager, AEMAS Certified Energy Auditor, AEMAS Professional Energy Manager, Certified Energy Conservation officer and the AEMAS Energy Management Gold Standard, but also includes comprehensive training on HVAC Audit, Energy Audit and others which are done in-house.
With the active partnership with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP), and other institutional organizations, strategic partnership provided an opportunity for ENPAP 4.0 Inc. to be a prime mover of energy efficiency and conservation programs in the Philippines.
