Sturge Mazzocchi heads Solar Careers UK, a key programme arising from the government-industry Solar Taskforce, aimed at delivering up to 60GW of solar energy by 2030 for the trade association Solar Energy UK. A pioneer of numerous careers initiatives, Sturge has conceptualised successful training and recruitment platforms at leading industry shows. Sturge is now shaping the brand-new Solar Careers Programme, steering the ambitious objective of reaching 43,000 or more people working in the UK solar and energy storage sectors by 2035.
