Registration opens on both days at 9:00am.
Exhibitor entry on both days from 8:00am.

Your free exhibition and conference pass gives you full access to the conference and exhibition for both days. Register here if you haven't yet.

Yes, ID may be required alongside your badge for security and verification purposes.

You will receive an email a week before the show which gives you the option to print your badge. You can view your QR code badge on the official Event App. We strongly advise you print your badge prior to arriving to the event. We are anticipating it to be very busy with over 10,000 attendees, therefore this will guarantee you a faster entry.

Ensure you are using a unique email address which hasn't been used to register already. Speakers should already be automatically registered by a Solar & Storage Live team member. The registration process should only take a couple minutes. If you have a large team, we strongly advise forwarding them the link to register themselves.

You can view your QR code badge on the official Event App. You can also print your badge prior to arriving to the event, which we strongly advise.

There is no formal dress code. Most attendees wear business casual.

Solar & Storage Live is a trade show. Please note that children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Students are welcome and should register for a free visitor ticket in the usual way. Groups of students should be accompanied by a teacher and confirm their attendance by email in advance to: katie.devaney@terrapinn.com

Yes, the ExCeL is fully accessible and has step-free access, accessible toilets, and parking. Click here to read the venue's accessibility information.

You can connect and request meetings with press and all other attendees when the Event App goes live.

You can request a visa invitation letter from us here .

The ExCeL is accessible by train, car, bus, and air. The closest station to the venue is Custom House, which can be accessed via the Elizabeth Line or the DLR . Directions and transport info can be found here .

Access to the car park is available via the A13. We recommend booking a parking space in advance in order to guarantee a spot.

Yes, the official event app gives access to agendas, floorplans, networking and meetings. It will be available a few weeks before the event. Instructions to download and log in will be emailed to you.

No, there will be no recordings or slides shared. You must attend the sessions live.

Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.

Yes, there will be catering on-site including vegetarian and vegan options.

Yes, security staff will be present throughout the venue. You must always have your badge on you while at the event.
