Registration opens on both days at 9:00am.
Exhibitor entry on both days from 8:00am.

Yes, ID may be required alongside your badge for security and verification purposes.

Ensure you are using a unique email address which hasn't been used to register already. Speakers should already be automatically registered by a Solar & Storage Live team member. The registration process should only take a couple minutes. If you have a large team, we strongly advise forwarding them the link to register themselves.

You can view your QR code badge on the official Event App.

There is no formal dress code. Most attendees wear business casual.

Solar & Storage Live London is a B2B trade exhibition and children under the age of 16 will not be permitted entrance.

Students are welcome and should register for a free visitor ticket in the usual way. Groups of students should be accompanied by a teacher and confirm their attendance by email in advance to: katie.devaney@terrapinn.com

Yes. For your convenience, a cloakroom is situated downstairs between S4 and N5. An additional, smaller cloakroom is located by the Prince Regent Entrance for those entering from the DLR.

You can connect and request meetings with press and all other attendees when the Event App goes live.

The ExCeL is accessible by train, car, bus, and air. The closest station to the venue is Custom House, which can be accessed via the Elizabeth Line or the DLR . Directions and transport info can be found here .

Access to the car park is available via the A13. We recommend booking a parking space in advance in order to guarantee a spot.

Yes, the official event app gives access to agendas, floorplans, networking and meetings. It will be available a few weeks before the event. Instructions to download and log in will be emailed to you.

No, there will be no recordings or slides shared. You must attend the sessions live.

Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.

Yes, there will be catering on-site including vegetarian and vegan options. The ExCeL has various options for food, including Costa Coffee, Poke Bowl, Bagel Factory, Chozen Noodle, Upper Crust, and more. See all food and drink options here.
