Rhiannon Morgan-Williams is a Partner at Ashfords LLP, where she leads the firm’s Real Estate Energy team. With over a decade of experience in the renewables sector, Rhiannon specialises in the acquisition, development, and financing of solar and battery storage projects, including co-located schemes. Her practice spans the full lifecycle of energy developments - from site assembly and deployment to asset management. Rhiannon acts for a broad range of stakeholders including developers, investors, and funders, and is known for her pragmatic approach to navigating complex legal frameworks in a rapidly evolving market. She has advised on some of the UK’s most significant clean energy projects, contributing to over 3GW of new renewable capacity in the last 18 months.  Rhiannon is passionate about supporting the UK’s Net Zero ambitions and helping clients deliver impactful, future-proof energy solutions.
