Nicky has 10 years experience in the sustainable energy sector across the public sector, consulting and investment space, with a focus on flexibility markets, energy storage and demand side response. In her current role, she has been leading Eku's policy work in EMEA since it's founding in 2022. Her work mainly focuses on the UK, Italy and Germany and she is active in the industry associations across all three markets and the EU. She has a masters in Sustainable energy engineering from Imperial College and a bachelors in economics and environmental policy, allowing her to approach policy from a strategic techno-economic lens.
