Ntombizandile “Zandi” Nkone is a qualified Chartered Accountant of South Africa (CA)SA and is currently studying towards obtaining her Bachelor of Law Degree. She joined Engie Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd as the Chief Executive Officer of Kathu Solar Park (RF) Pty Ltd on 1 September 2023. She has most of her  experience in the Renewable Energy and Banking Sector. Her career includes several leadership roles, notably serving as Chief Financial Officer at Karoshoek Solar One (RF) Pty Ltd . She completed three years of her articles at Nedbank Limited through the Nedbank CA Training Program. Afterwards, she gained extensive experience across various divisions of Nedbank, including Nedbank London and Nedbank Corporate and Banking (Investment Banking, Credit and Risk Analysts, Balance Sheet Management, Internal Audit and Group Finance), focusing on Infrastructure, Energy, and Telecommunications. She is a specialist in Project Finance, Financial Accounting, Auditing and Taxation, Credit Risk Analysis, Project Management, and Asset Management. Her broad expertise and leadership capabilities continue to drive impactful results, contributing to sustainable growth and operational excellence in every organization she serves.
