PRINT YOUR BADGE

We will send your badge QR code via email for you to print at home for fast track entry at the show. We strongly recommend you print this badge beforehand to avoid queues onsite.

Register online for a free expo pass

PRINT BADGE

You will receive a ticket confirmation email once you register, you may bring this with you to the event and we will print your badge onsite. Alternatively, a print-at-home badge will be sent to you the day before the event. We recommend you print this at home/work before attending to avoid queues for badges onsite.

Download the event app by searching 'Solar & Storage Live' in the app store and signing in with the email address you registered with.

FAQs

Your badge will be emailed to your registered email address before the event. Please try to print this at home/work before attending. Badges can be printed onsite but we strongly recommend to print beforehand to avoid queues onsite.

Registration will open at 08:00 and close at 17:00 on 27-28 August.

The exhibition will open at 09:00 and close at 17:00 on 27-28 August.

No - this year's event is fully live and in-person at Cape Town International Convention Centre. No content will be streamed virtually. However you can use the event app to network depending on your access.

There are over 1,400 secure parking bays available. Accessible on-site parking bays are available to visitors in P3 & P5. Please click here for more information on parking garage locations and tariffs.

Free basic Wi-Fi will be available at the venue.

Yes, you are welcome to attend as many or as few days as you like.

You can register on your own device. Badge printing stations will be available at the entrance to the halls.

Please don't worry, you can re-print your badge onsite. Just bring your badge QR code with you.

Please check your printer settings, make sure it is set to A4 paper, normal size and no zoom.

Bring your badge with the incorrect spelling to enter the venue, as soon as there is a quiet gap at registration we can correct and re-print your badge for you.

Yes catering stations will be located throughout the halls during the event.
