Jodana is the Senior Manager, Social Value & Engagement at ASL, where she leads the integration of social value, community benefit and stakeholder expectations into Australia's renewable energy investment programs. With more than two decades experience across stakeholder relations, communications and social impact, Jodana works at the intersection of government policy, industry delivery and community expectations. Her role focuses on lifting developer performance beyond minimum compliance - embedding social value, community benefit-sharing and First Nations participation into the design and delivery of large-scale solar, storage and energy infrastructure projects. Jodana plays a key role in shaping how social value is assessed, incentivised and delivered through ASL's competitive tender processes, challenging the notion that engagement plans alone are sufficient to secure long-term community support. She is particularly focused on practical, scalable approaches that help proponents move from "box-ticking" to genuine partnership with communities.  In addition to her professional work, Jodana serves on several governance and advisory bodies, including reconciliation and DEI working groups, and the board of a women's domestic violence refuge. She brings a strong social justice lens to the energy transition, grounded in the belief that enduring infrastructure outcomes depend on trust, equity and shared value.
