EnergyFlex is a free, award-winning energy insights app helping households and businesses reduce electricity costs and emissions by optimising when energy is used—not just how much.

Using secure smart-meter data via the Consumer Data Right, EnergyFlex reveals how consumption aligns with solar generation, battery behaviour, tariffs, and grid conditions. This enables users to shift demand to high-renewable periods, optimise solar and storage value, identify plan overspend, and switch to better electricity offers with confidence.

Unlike hardware-led solutions, EnergyFlex delivers immediate impact with no new devices, making it scalable across renters, homeowners, and businesses. Typical participants save ~$1,000 per year and reduce emissions by up to two tonnes of CO₂-e annually, simply by improving timing, tariffs, and behaviour.

EnergyFlex works with consumers, businesses, councils, community groups and DNSP’s to unlock flexible demand and accelerate the effective use of solar and storage while delivering climate action at scale.
