Previously, Guirguis held various leadership positions within the electrical engineering department at International Steel Rolling Mill Co. (ISRM - Beshay Steel). His experience encompasses project management, electrical systems design and optimization, and ensuring smooth 24/7 operations. He is a certified expert in Motor & Pump System Optimization, Measurements & Verification (M&V), and holds a Bachelor of Electrical Power and Machine Engineering from Helwan University.
