Sibusiso is a Middle Manager, Programme Management under the Demand Management department Eskom Distribution, where he leads a portfolio looking at the development and implementation of Residential Heat Pump Rebate, Energy Efficient Lighting Mass Rollout, Residential Load Management, Smart Meter Load Limiting Programme, and Residential Demand Response. His current focus is on the development of the Flexibility Services from Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for Eskom Distribution. He holds a BSc. Electrical Engineering from UKZN and a Master's in Business Leadership from UNISA.
