He holds a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) in Factories and brings extensive expertise in facility management, electrical maintenance, project management, and utilities/energy optimisation. With a background spanning Transnet Engineering, Transnet Properties, and ArcelorMittal, Mkhaya is committed to driving safe, efficient, and sustainable engineering solutions within one of South Africa’s most critical state-owned environments.
