Thornton has been part of the renewable energy industry since 2020, beginning her journey at Solar Analytics after being encouraged by her mentor and solar pioneer Kathleen Ryan to step into a sales role – despite having no prior solar experience. What followed was a rapid deep dive into the sector, where she built strong technical knowledge and lasting relationships across the industry.
