Paul Hunyor co-founded Wollemi Capital in 2021, co-heads the firm alongside Tim Bishop and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Board. Wollemi Capital is a global climate specialist investment firm, deploying flexible capital across companies and projects that advance decarbonisation.
Paul has over 20 years of experience as an investor and operator in private equity and venture capital.
As the former Head of Asia for BCG Green Ventures, a corporate VC arm of the Boston Consulting Group, Paul has been at the forefront of corporate venture investing in climate solutions. He helped launch Singapore’s voluntary carbon credits marketplace (Climate Impact X), led a carbon measurement platform for scope 3 emissions (Terrascope), and co-founded the World Wildlife Fund’s (WWF) first ever venture in food traceability (OpenSC).
Paul is the former Co-Chair of the WEF Committee on Sustainable Consumption. Currently, he serves on the Board of Governors at the WWF Australia and the Investment Committee for Innovation and Science Australia’s Entrepreneur’s Programme.
