Nigel Freitas is Brighte's Head of Government, Enterprise and External Affairs, working at the intersection of policy, finance and energy to make consumer energy upgrades affordable and accessible for every Australian household. Nigel manages Brighte's partner programs — including the $350m ACT Sustainable Household Scheme, $50m Tasmanian Energy Loan Saver Scheme, the Electrify 2515 Community Pilot and the CommBank Home Energy Upgrades program. Prior to joining Brighte, he served as Chief of Staff to the NSW Treasurer. He brings experience across government, financial services, media and energy — connecting policy, capital and industry to deliver at scale.
