Louise Hurll is the Chief Executive Officer of Stellar PV, an Australian developer of advanced silicon ingot and wafer manufacturing facilities. She leads the company’s strategy to establish a sovereign, high-value segment of the solar supply chain in Australia, focused on producing fully traceable, non-FEOC compliant wafers for export into key markets including the United States and Europe. With a background in project development, commercial structuring, and stakeholder engagement, Louise has played a central role in progressing SPV’s flagship manufacturing facility, including securing Australian Government support through the ARENA Solar Sunshot program and achieving Major Project Status. She works closely with international technology partners, investors, and government agencies to deliver a globally competitive, ESG-aligned manufacturing platform that strengthens Australia’s role in critical minerals processing and clean energy manufacturing.
