Katie Hepworth is the National Policy Director of the Electrical Trades Union, which represents over 70,000 electrical workers nationally. Her work encompasses energy transition, skills policy and industrial decarbonsiation, and in recent years, her focus as been on trying to ensure that we have enough skilled workers, in the right places, to deliver this historic transition.
