Jerome Koh is a policy manager in the Circular Economy Policy Branch in the NSW Environment Protection Authority. He and his team are leading the work together with the Commonwealth Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water to establish a national stewardship scheme for solar panels. Jerome started his career with the EPA as a legal officer, before moving to project implementation in 2016 and then strategic policy development in 2018
