Brett has over 30 years of Senior Executive experience within Multi-national organisations (Canon, Konica Minolta, Panasonic) with key responsibilities for engineering, consumer services, environmental sustainability, product safety and compliance.   Over the past 13 years Brett has been directly involved in the development and deployment of battery stewardship in Australia. Brett has held voluntary leadership roles from 2013 with the Battery Reference Group (BRG) and the Industry Working Group (IWG) assisting with the design and establishment of battery stewardship in Australia.   Since 2020 Brett has held a senior leadership role with the Battery Stewardship Council (BSC) playing an instrumental role in the design and launch of B-cycle in 2022.   Brett continues to educate and encourage local, regional, and global organisations to secure their participation in B-cycle. With the BSC Executive, Brett seeks to define the future of battery stewardship in Australia.
