Ben Hutt is CEO and Managing Director of Janus Electric, leading the commercialisation of zero-emissions solutions for heavy transport. With more than 20 years’ experience across energy, technology and capital markets, Ben has a strong track record scaling high-growth businesses. He previously served as CEO of Evergen, where he grew the company from startup to a leading energy SaaS platform, culminating in its acquisition in 2023. He has also helped build 200+ startups at Slingshot Accelerator, led another SAAS business through an international expansion and an ASX listing and held senior roles at Macquarie Group. Ben brings deep expertise in the energy transition and is focused on accelerating practical, scalable decarbonisation across freight networks.
