With over 20 years of experience, has a proven track record of revitalizing declining businesses, driving revenue growth, and optimizing resource efficiency in the highly competitive hospitality industry.   Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Tim Hortons oversees operations in the UAE, Oman, and Kuwait, and also leads the Home Delivery and Catering division for the entire Middle East. His responsibilities include recruitment, training, budgeting, and performance assessment. Noteworthy accomplishments include transforming declining organizations, implementing targeted marketing strategies, and managing large operating budgets.   Before his current role, he held key positions such as Regional Operations Manager for AWJ overseeing operations in the UAE, KSA, USA, and France, General Manager for Food Fund Dubai & Simbisa Brands in Ghana, and Chain Manager for Americana Group.   Throughout his career, He has received numerous awards and honors, including being selected as one of the speakers at the Fast Food & Coffee Convention in the Middle East Retail Convention Top 20 Leaders Award in 2023.
