Paul Melotto is a seasoned financial professional with a track record of over 20 years of success in the financial industry both locally and internationally. He is a visionary leader who established Alraedah and played a key role in positioning the organization as a market leader focused on serving the underserved SME segment. Before joining Alraedah, Paul served as the Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Gulf Finance and was a founding member of the management team of one of the most successful Home Finance Companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Paul's career started with MortgageIT in New York, USA, where he was part of the management team that successfully brought MortgageIT Holdings to a successful IPO on the NYSE in 2004. He also led the launch of Alraedah's innovative financial product, POS Financing, which originated SAR 387 million in 2022. Under Paul's leadership, Alraedah has achieved significant growth in revenue, balance sheets, profitability, and employees since its inception in 2015. Paul has raised over SAR 1 billion in financing and successfully negotiated asset sales totaling SAR 400 million. He is known for his expertise in financing, technology, mortgage-backed securities, strategic planning, and Islamic finance. With a BS in Accounting from Quinnipiac University, Paul's consulting focus lies in guiding organizations in these areas.
