Milica Smudja is a commercially driven marketing professional with more than 15 years of international experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, business-to-business marketing, partnership, sponsorship, etc. Her journey in this dynamic field began in the UAE with Miral Experiences, where Milica played a key role in shaping the brand strategy, executing campaigns, and leading B2B marketing for iconic attractions such as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld and Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi.
Her passion for theme parks and family entertainment expanded across the GCC region once she took on a role to lead marketing for 94 stores under Landmark Leisure and their family entertainment centers brands – Fun City, Fun Works, Fun Ville, Fun Block and Tridom.
Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Al Barakah Holding, responsible for the newest destination Al Qana, Milica remains at the forefront of innovative marketing strategies, playing a pivotal role in positioning Abu Dhabi as a global tourism destination.
