Miguel Rojas Ruiz, Director of Brand Marketing, Rove Hotels

Originally from Malaga (Spain), Miguel completed his bachelor studies in Economics and Business, before specializing in Digital Marketing with a Master at Hult International Business School in London. He started his professional career in the UK working for MintTwist digital agency in the role of SEO and SEM specialist. Later on, he pursued a career in hospitality, moving to Rotana’s flagship property, Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi, leading the E-commerce activities. In 2015, Miguel moved to Dubai to be part of Rove Hotels’ pre-opening team. Over the last 8 years, he has played an important role in shaping what is now one of the Middle East’s fastest growing and most innovative hospitality brands, boasting around 6,000 rooms and branded residences open or under construction all across the region. Miguel now leads the Marketing department, overseeing all aspects of the brand’s marketing activity: digital marketing, advertising, branding, public relations, and partnerships.
