Dr. T. B. (Mac) McClelland, Jr., is the Chairman of The Luxury Council International, a by-invitation professional organization whose 1100 brand members market products and services to high net worth individuals.  Mac is also the President and CEO of Center House Ltd., a management consulting and marketing management firm based in Dubai.  He was previously General Manager of Enron Middle East and Group Director (Eastern Hemisphere) for J. Ray McDermott, S.A.  Before joining McDermott, Dr. McClelland served for 20 years in senior leadership positions in the U.S. Marine Corps.   Dr. McClelland holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership; a B.A. in Mathematics; a M.A. in Human Resources Management; and, a M.A. in International Policies Studies. He published the Colby Award-nominated novel Desert Wind in 2021, the sequel Distal Watchman in 2022, and will release the third book in the series, Dragon Warrior, in early 2024.
