Dimitrios is responsible for managing Verifone’s global product line, which includes the retail, financial and petroleum solutions in Central & Eastern Europe as well as Middle East and Africa region  with special focus on emerging technologies. Mr. Nakis speaks regularly on these topics at industry events, being a Subject Matter Expert for external and internal purposes including analyst meetings, press interviews, sales trainings, and client meetings throughout the region. Prior to joining Verifone, Mr. Nakis held senior positions in Printec Group and Wincor Nixdorf. 
Mr. Nakis is a native of Greece and he obtained his degree in Business Administration from the American College of Greece and a Master's of Science in Information & Communications Systems Security from Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
