David Henry is a digital banking builder and product leader with a track record of taking regulated financial institutions from concept to launch. Over the past decade he has built product functions and led delivery for five ground-up, founder-led financial services ventures across the UK, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE — securing banking licenses, launching MVPs, and scaling teams from single-digit headcounts to full product organisations.

Previously, as CPO at Vision Bank in Riyadh, he built an independent Product function from scratch, pivoted the bank's strategy from a wallet-based model to savings and lending, leading Design, Ways of Working, and Product through licensing and beta launch. Earlier in his career he was the third employee and COO at Nomo, a Shariah-compliant digital challenger bank in the UK, and Chief of Staff at Anglo-Gulf Trade Bank, the world's first digital blockchain-enabled trade finance bank, where he helped secure over US$100m in investment from Mubadala.

David combines a background in econometrics and financial modelling with deep expertise in regulatory engagement, licensing, and vendor management, and is an active builder of AI-assisted product tooling.
