Mr. Muia is the Director of Technical Services, Kenya Bankers Association. He is responsible for the co-ordination of initiatives geared towards enhancing technology and operations for the banking industry. In his role at the Association, Mr. Muia heads the technology, operations and Project Management areas, including new industry market development initiatives. From his background as a Computer Systems development and Analyst, Mr. Muia has developed a professional career spanning over 30 years in IT systems development, Banking operations and Project Management covering strategic areas such as Technology and Cybersecurity, Risk management, Business Process Re-engineering, IT governance and management.   Mr. Muia holds a Masters Degree in Strategic IT Management from Arden University, United Kingdom
