Matuma Petunia Langa is a dynamic leader, accomplished business analyst, media personality, and passionate community builder dedicated to unlocking human potential. With extensive experience across telecommunications, banking, education, and health insurance, Matuma has built a formidable career by merging strategic insight with a heart for service. She currently serves as the Chairperson of IIBA South Africa Chapter and Provincial Lead for Gauteng, where she plays a pivotal role in championing the growth of business analysis as a profession. Her leadership has driven outreach programs, increased visibility, and fostered inclusive development opportunities for both aspiring and seasoned professionals. As the founding director of Comptuma Technologies and Projects, she leads an innovative company that provides IT consulting, business analysis services, event facilitation, branding, and media solutions. She is also the visionary behind the Mr/Miss Mapela Ambassador Pageant, a transformative platform empowering rural youth and nurturing future leaders. Matuma is a well-known voice-over artist, event host, and on-screen media personality, recognized for her eloquence, warmth, and authenticity. She has also served as a mentor and Executive Head in the Youth Managers Foundation, guiding high school learners into leadership and helping underperforming schools achieve national recognition. A mental health activist, dedicated mother, and proud daughter of Mapela village, Matuma continues to make meaningful contributions to society by blending leadership, compassion, and purpose.
