Frank has worked for American Express in Spain and United Kingdom, Mastercard - East Africa and Absa Kenya. Frank sits on three boards; Digital Strategy Lead Advisor for the Digital Economy Advisory Council (DEAC) Zanzibar e-Government, Tanzania.
