Please note: Saudi International Rail can only assist sponsors, exhibitors, delegates and speakers with visa invitation letters. A fee of 575 SAR applies.

The Business Visa is for Saudi Rail 2025 exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and delegates only.
It is imperative that you apply for your business visa prior to travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If you are a citizen of GCC countries – (United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman), you will not need to apply for a business visa.
All international visitors from eligible countries are required to apply for an eVisa to enter the Kingdom.
The eVisa will be a one-year, multiple entry visa, allowing tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country.
The eVisa application form may take up to 72 hours to be accepted, so we advise you to apply for your eVisa as soon as you can to allow for possible delaysand rejections.
*The information provided on the application form will be screened through several databases. It is essential that your passport details stated on the application match the passport used to travel, otherwise the eVisa will not be valid.
